Our easy 4-step process
Step 1: Tell us about your home
After you fill out our form or request a call we will get in touch within 24 hours. On that call we will ask you some questions about your home so we can give you the best offer possible.
Step 2: Receive an offer
Based on our conversation, we will come up with our best offer for your home and will present our no-obligation offer to you. If our offer is accepted we will schedule a time that works for you to come by and we’ll inspect your home.
Step 3: In-Home Inspection
During the inspection we will look over the home to verify it is as described. Don’t worry, our home inspections are completely free and there is no need for you to do anything prior to our visit. We buy as-is so you don’t have any hassle to get it ready for us.
Step 4: Choose closing date & Get Paid
We’re ready to help you close in as little as 14 days. We are able to move quickly so you can get paid and start living stress-free. We don’t force you to move fast if you don’t want to. You can close up to 90 days out, you choose the pace.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Once you have shared information about your home with us, we will contact you very soon, usually within 24 hours. Sometimes, we will need to gather some additional information as well at that time. Then, we will conduct some research on your property and discuss all of the details with you. In some cases, we may be able to make you an offer to buy your home directly from you right over the phone. In other cases, we would like to schedule an appointment to inspect your home to verify the information about the property then provide you a written offer!

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE OFFER YOU'LL MAKE FOR MY HOME?

- The approximate cost of repairs and renovations required.
- The amount of time it will take to renovate your house.
- The future “post-renovation” value of your house, compared to other homes in the area.
- The amount of real estate commissions required to sell your home after renovation.
- The cost of maintaining the house until it’s ready to sell, including insurance, utilities, taxes, loan payments, and more.
The estimated future “post-renovation” value of your renovated house, minus these costs, helps us arrive at the offer that we make.
